MIL 101 - Basic Leadership I - 2 credit hours, meets once a week (Offered in the Fall)

MIL 102 - Basic Leadership II - 1 credit hour, meets once a week (Offered in the Spring)

  • Learn leadership basics, organizational management, problem solving techniques, communications skills, subordinate counseling techniques, values and ethics, the Army as an organization, briefing skills, nutrition and map reading skills.
  • MIL 102D class will be taught on Tuesdays from 4:30pm - 5:30pm, at Buffalo State College, classroom building Room B321.  You must go to the BSC registrars office and fill out a cross-enrollment form The first day of class, the instructor will collect the forms and bring them to Niagara to have them signed (enrollment is currently through Niagara, working on getting it into the BSC curriculum for Fall '07).  Any questions, please contact MAJ Eric Reed at (716) 286-8235 or ereed@niagara.edu. 
  • Physical Training will also be taught Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at the Houston Gym from 0700 - 0800. 

MIL 201 - Military Leadership & Management - 2 credit hours, meets once a week (Offered Fall 2007)

MIL 202 - Military Leadership & Management - 1 credit hour, meets once a week

  • Application of collective and individual skills required of a leader, manager or supervisor includes learning team building exercises.
