Hello from the campus of Niagara University and the Purple Eagle Battalion.  We are located just minutes from scenic Niagara Falls, New York.  A short drive north or south will bring you to Toronto, Ontario in Canada, or Buffalo, New York.  These cities are well-known for their cultural, sporting, and entertainment events.

The ROTC program at Niagara University was recognized as the # 1 Army ROTC program in the nation (out of 272 schools) for 2004 and although Cadet Command no longer nationally ranks programs, NU's ROTC program has consistently been ranked in the top 25% of all Army ROTC programs in the nation.  When you think of ROTC programs, we are a perennial powerhouse.  For an overview of our program see ROTC Program Info.

Making ROTC part of your college curriculum is a smart choice.  Army ROTC is a unique college elective that enhances your degree with leadership training and experience that no other college course can offer.  Students can attend ROTC and receive credit toward their degree without incurring any military obligation.
